These have been moved to a separate key, after which the old entries are unused.

When all sites have been switched we can also remove the fallback code which reads from planet4_options if the planet4_features option doesn't exist yet.

Important note on sites that are pinned to an older version of master theme

If any NROs were pinned before we merged the ticket that creates the new options entry, we should wait merging this cleanup ticket before they have been unpinned.

Or we could create the separate config entry before doing the catch up release (maybe a pre-deploy script?).

Another option is to simply wait with the cleanup until all are unpinned.
