Post Author avatars: hide on "author override"

      Follow up from PLANET-6188

      Requirements

      • When we have an "Author Override" we should hide the avatar completely.
      • That should be applied in 3 places we currently show avatars (post meta, author block, author page). That's not needed since Author overrides lack author page and bio block.
