Add option for Author avatar in certain post types

      That's a follow up from PLANET-6188 to include a new option in Planet 4 settings.

      Specs

      • Add a new configuration option under: Planet 4 > Defaults content
      • Label: "Post Types to display Author avatars". That label should be translatable.
      • Checkboxes with all the current Post Types enabled by default.
      • Conditionally display Author avatar on these Post Types.
