While working on this block, it occurred to me many times that I want to focus the block but end up clicking one of the links it contains. If the post has changes, this will show a blocking prompt. If there are no changes, you will navigate away from the editor.

The Take Action Covers style has the entire block clickable, which exacerbates this issue.

This is not consistent with the behavior of the Articles block in the editor, where there are no clickable links.

We should address this before releasing the WYSIWYG version as many people will run into it.
