Tasks

• Delete all images that are older than x days
• Don't delete the most recent 'latest' image, any semvar tag, most recent latest image.
• Perform this for all repositories in gcr.io in dev and prod.
• We can use this script and add a circleci cron job here once we agree on the time frame for older images.

This resulted in significant cost reductions for P4 sites. NROs can expect significant savings from September onwards. See attached the daily cost graph for P4, notice it decreasing.
