Develop code for the Cookies Bar A/B Test (1st iteration)

Implement the new design via Google Optimize to run the Cookies Bar A/B Test

Hypothesis

By moving the Cookies Bar to the right bottom, we expect to improve the click-through rate of the main button. 

Alternative Design Specifications:

Implement the new design and location of the cookies bar.

Obs: The settings including in the same window will be part of the second iteration

Task:

Implement the new design on the Google Optimize experiment (use this link for this task). 

We can implement the changes by firing specific JS code (as we did in the Take Action Boxout experiment). 

Obs: Please let Julia Marubayashi know which dev instance will be used. She'll verify if Google Optimize is running properly. 

Todo:

• Run lighthouse when optimize test is running on test instance.
