Add ability to reorder carousel header slides

      User story: As a content editor, I want to be able to re-order the slides of a carousel header block.

      Suggested approach:

      • add drag-and-drop functionality to list of slides in sidebar:

      • replace 'Slide 1' 'Slide 2' etc with Slide titles

      anything you would change/add here mfatome?
