Prepare test instance for reviewing converted campaigns

      Ensure that it's easy to review the campaign conversion result on a test instance. This might involve making some fixes to the campaign sidebar so that it can switch to a theme created in the theme editor. Perhaps we can just make each created theme available as a sidebar option, at least temporarily on the test instance to facilitate review.
