Description of the issue: When importing images directly from GP media
library to add them to blogs, sometimes the function does not work and I
cannot import the images. It's not all the time but it's not stable

No I haven't tried on different browsers mostly because the function does work sometimes on Chrome (which is the default browser I always use) and other times it doesn't. It's very off and on. And this has been happening for awhile, just haven't reported it because like I said, it works sometimes, and other times it doesn't.
I was just talking to another colleague based in Americas and she had the same issue as me. I believe her default browser is Chrome and she has tried Safari before but with the same on/off result.
Ultimately, I'm hoping the problem can be fixed so it doesn't really matter what browser we use, especially since Chrome is very widely-used.
Here's a screenshot of how it looks when I try to pull the image directly from the GP media library and it doesn't work. The circular button in the top middle of the screenshot just turns and turns and nothing happens.
