We use the Codeception repository to build a container that is being used on NRO deployment pipelines. We should it also for running base tests on our PRs. This requires adding all necessary modules required to run our the Acceptance tests.

Tasks

• Add additional Codeception packages if needed.
• Add/Copy codeception _support classes to this repo from base (or use them straight from base if that's feasible)
• We can limit the ticket that run here only on theme, just to avoid manipulating staging DB.

The job is the "test-staging":

• Example with NRO that has one test
• Example with NRO with no tests
