We got some reports of the sidebar not being accessible because it's pushed off the right side of the screen.

From the reported screenshot it looks like it could be word breaking in the title that's failing. Turns out it's the Carousel Header block causing this. You can't see it on the screenshot, but the preview is what's causing it to increase the editor width.
