Layout markup refactor: remove page-template and any other paddings

      The page-template class is adding some padding to the pages, breaking the grid standard.

      Make sure this class is not affecting the layout. Also make sure no other classes are affecting the layout at a page-width level.

      Tasks

      • Check if child themes use this class
      • Work on this along with PLANET-5321
