Align secondary links design with the Design System.

Secondary links are links that are less prominent than the primary links, such as an author link.

Tasks:

• add new states for each standalone link (default, external & PDF links) = focus / visited / visited hover.
• change the link & icons color for hover & onclick (active) states.
• remove italic style.
