Goal

The overall goal is to streamline our local and CI testing workflows and pipelines. Clean up Technical Debt, reduce the amount of tools we use, add some coverage metrics, make sure that all of our current tests run properly, etc.

Why is this important?

• This will help us prepare the ground for PLANET-4997
• Increase trust in our testing pipelinces
• Integrate tests coverage into our regular work stream
