We have multiple blocks that already have color properties:

• Spreadsheet
• EN Form block (Page body / text size width. No background)
• Columns (Tasks)

The Design team will define how each color theme would work for each block. The colors should be changed in the block settings - see mockups). By default the color options assigned to the default P4 theme should be displayed. Choosing a different theme for the page should change what color options are available in the block settings.
