If a change the caption of an image and save the change, this does not become available immediately in the back end. I have to update the page and only after I refresh the page I can see the modified caption for the image. 

This was happening before WYSIWYG and it's also something that was happening to other blocks, when in order to see some changes the editor needed to update the page and edit it again - is there a way to check if this is happening anywhere else?
