Based on the new Take action cover UI, we now show one tag on the cover only.

The tag that should be displayed on the cover should be the 1st that is saved in the tags section, in the TA page settings (backend). For instance, in the screenshot attached, the 1st tag is "fires", so this tag should be the one displayed on the TA cover. The problem is that currently the tags are always saved in alphabetical order (which is WordPress default behavior) so we need to change that.

• -Limit number of tags in TA cover to only the first tag added in the editor field (done in https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-5608)-
• Remove the automatic alphabetical tags reordering done by WordPress => maybe a potential solution here?
• Display help text for editor indicating that only first tag will be shown
