Remove 'caption style' picker from the Image block

      this is unnecessary since there's only one style now. please remove

      Tasks

      • Remove the "Caption Style" selector from Image block (Gallery already has one default option)
      • Use css to hide the selector.
      • If Image block change is not released yet (PLANET-5426) use its feature branch for this one too.
