Context:

Implement a set of new data attributes on the Articles List (available in post type pages such as https://k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/test-titan/publication/ or https://k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/test-titan/story/) with standard values. These will be used later to trigger events and define its category, action and label.

Task: 

• Implement data-attributes on elements:
