Description of the issue: On Posts, when a TA Page is archived the TA Card where it was once appearing should no longer exist. Instead, the card remains on the Post but is empty. In this particular instance the bug also
created a false link for much of the text, so the first several paras were
hyperlinked (to nothing, just #).

I will presume the Card was added using the "Take Action Page Selector"
dropdown in the Articles Element Fields since the creation of this Post
predates the TA Boxout feature.

The bug is only visible when you are logged out. When you are logged in the
page appears normally.

I simply republished the page and the error was resolved. But thought you
should be aware that this bug ([still|
https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-4062]) exists and Editors should
be made aware.

Tasks

• Hide the TA Card if the page is not public (eg. archived, deleted, etc)
• Ensure that on the dropdown menu only public page are shown for selection
