these all use the notify-job-*.sh from the planet4-circleci repo.  Need to update this script so it calls the slack integration and then update the base image.  This is timely as this image also needs a bunch of versions updated, so I need to learn all about this.  Also looks like we could add a bats test for notifications as I don't see one at first glance.
