Description of the issue: The country field is in english, i want an Arabic
preset for this field, when i put radio i can not input my options as well,
the "select Your Country Region" is In English showing as well even I put a
custom Arabic name.

Tasks

• Make that placeholder string translatable
• If the string is not available for translation add it
• Adjust the template to pick up custom label text
