There are 2 issues to fix with the footer on mobile:

• Social icons are not centered (and maybe too small?)
• Menu items line height is wrong

Tasks

• Revert footer icons font size (and/or line height) before the list typographic changes
• Align icons to the center
• Check with wmorrisj about mobile vertical spacing of footer links
