Copy the updated EN repo language files from EN repo to blocks repo before merge of PLANET-5151 branch to master branch

Tasks

• Check if the handbook script needs a change to commit changes also to the /enform/ folder
• Remove the EN block from the LoCo plugin in the handbook
• Remove EN block from the commit script
• Update translation documentation the Handbook if needed
