Investigate feasibility of moving EN Form to the blocks plugin

      Following up the Monorepo ADR (see Epic PLANET-4994), we want to check if it makes more sense to move the EN Form as another block in the blocks plugin instead of consolidating the repositories.

      Tasks

      • Investigate how much work it would be
      • Check if moving it over would require any existing content migration
      • If it requires too much work (above the timebox requirement) create a follow up ticket with findings.
