Review the Guttenberg blocks and check the responsive nature of the fonts. It appears that the P4 blocks brought the CSS styling across with them when they were migrated into Gutenberg. Please check to make sure that the Gutenberg native blocks follow the same responsive font rules. Check P4CG and Core.
