As a follow up from PLANET-5046, it makes more sense to create a php command that mimics the asynchronous job that indexes all new changes on posts/documents.

Tasks

• Write the command code for indexing new content to ES
• Add a post-deploy script to base-fork to run on each deployment
• Check if WPML sites need two command, each for each language (eg. create a lang option or check for WPML and iterate the command for each language)
