Description of the issue: Excerpts on Articles block display 30 words, as
do Excerpts on the Post results pages (e.g. /story/)
However, excerpts on Search results are cut at just 25 words.

It's my understanding that excerpts should be 25 words, per the handbook:

Unless this has intentionally changed from 25 > 30 words? If so I can't
find the ticket anywhere and then Search should be updated to reflect that
change. Which would mean too that Pages and TA boxes and Handbook would
also need updating.
