The hover colors for the footer when "Default Navigation" is combined with the "White' footer are a bit broken, see the attached GIFs for examples on Forest and Climate themes.

Task:

• Define the hover color for the Campaign themes.

Idea: 

• As the hover color is not visible in the Campaign Sidebar (see screenshot of the footer options), and there are many colors available depending on the theme, and the background is white, maybe we can just set one rule for all of them, for example: Make the hover color just the same as the link color but 10% darker (by reducing the Luminance value in the HSL version of the color).
