Description of the issue: When an image is aligned left (or right) the
paragraph wrapping it should align with the top of the image.
This bug appears on both Posts and Pages, evergreen and default.

_The reason why, in one of the image examples provided, the image at the
top of this page does align with the text seems oddly due to the H2 tagged
text that appears above it._
