The consul database has become corrupt causing new certs not to be created.  Since this is prod, we need to do the following:

      1. Clean up the redirects to ensure we have as few ingress\redirects for certs to be created so we don't hit the LE prod limits.
      2. Work out how to extract data from Consul ... which is described here:  https://www.notion.so/p4infra/Redirects-3a5488abbb784c9e911e6b6311870eae
      3. Created this file to do an audit:  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HMV0d37gPsIK0DT86HxMsl97VILEs6NmuVE9AHPrxYY/edit#gid=725691025
      4. Clean up all the stuff
      5. Merge this to get a new consul folder and hope all new certs are created... https://github.com/greenpeace/planet4-traefik/pull/6
