This a follow-up from PLANET-4844.

Per ktolen's comment:

Posts, Campaign Pages and (Issue/Tag) Pages using the Default template all seem to work as expected. This appears to be limited to Pages which use the Evergreen Template. These meta data appear to be missing from those page types: og:description, og:image, twitter:description, twitter:image

Here is an example of an Evergreen page that lacks the above metadata:
https://release.k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/nl/privacystatement/

We should use the same logic for populating metadata on Evergreen pages as any other page.

• Use Featured image or OG override image for the og:image and twitter:image
• Use page excerpt or OG description override for og:description and twitter:image
• Follow up created PLANET-4935 for cases when page doesn't have a featured image
