Description of the issue: Unable to delete/remove/replace the background
image of this page. This is the header of the ACT page – we need to change
this page to reflect the current comms messaging (in this case we do not
want to use images of supporters wearing masks). So not 'urgent' but
necessary that this is resolved asap. Thanks!
