Description of the issue: I made a campaign page using minimal navigation,
and if I visit the published (password-protected) page, that's what I get,
but when using the Preview function, I still see the full navigation. If
the Preview doesn't behave the same as the real thing, that means we're
doing our actual testing directly in production, which is never a good idea.
