Just as it happened with Gutenberg (remember the "welcome to the wonderful world of blocks" messages?) it would be fantastic to have the opportunity to insert customised, interactive messages to help users learn new or updated functionalities of our blocks.

Those messages should be places on the editor screen as popup and once closed not presented anymore.

We can test it with the WYSIWIG

Requirements

• Every admin should have the option to edit instructional messages - so that they can adjust it to their language
• Be able to add message to all elements in backend - including content
• Option to hide instructions
