      Convert the timeline block to WYSIWYG

      Tasks:

      • Convert Title and Description to RichText components
      • Move Google Sheets URL, Language, Timeline navigation position, and Start at End to the sidebar.
      • Make sure the preview works.
      • Open a follow up ticket for re-writing the tests in jest.
      • Remove any shortcake code from the block
