Convert Submenu block to WYSIWYG

      The Submenu block has no representation in the editor side right now. We could fix that by adding some placeholders (or actually making it work, maybe as a second iteration).

       

      Tasks

      • Turn the LayoutSelector into  "block styles"
      • Turn the Title field into a RichText component
      • Move "Level" options to the Sidebar, possibly as collapsible sections.
