      Convert the Articles Block to WYSIWYG.

      Tasks:

      • Convert the Title and Description, and Button Text into RichText components.
      • Move Link, Open in new tab, Articles Count, Tags, Post Types and Ignore categories options to the sidebar.
      • Convert to JSX rendering
