Description of the issue: 
I'f trying to hide the front end title on a campaign page and at first it worked but now it doesn't. 
 I have it ticked.
And it also doesn't take changes to page colour / layout

Update April 6th 2020:
Reopening issue since this specific field doesn't seem to have been fixed by PLANET-3427
This issue also seems to be affecting the changes done in navigation bar
