Improve UX footer options in the Campaign customizer

      • The footer background color set to "Default" should be selected automatically based on the navigation background color picked - (done)
      • If "white" footer background color selected, then the "Footer links color" options should be:
        • Default: #000000 / #035880 
        • Arctic:  #000000 / #035880 / #00B6C2
        • Antarctic: #000000 / #0A4461 / #52C9F4
        • Oceans & Plastics:  #000000 / #044362 / #2CABB1
        • Oil & Climate emergency: #000000 / #FF513C / #007EFF
        • Forests: #000000 / #2CAF4E / #A0D654
