Very important bug spotted by stduerre - when importing an .xml file of a CPP page, the system creates the same tags of the source file into the destination site.

This means that* even if the Campaign is created as draft, tags are created as LIVE*!

This is a wrong behaviour, please make sure the exporter does not include TAgs of the source file.
