Submenu block doesn't scroll down to corresponding heading when the heading is a link to be opened in a separate window.

Link to Greenpeace Germany for example doesn't scroll down, when I scroll down manually to see the heading link i see it is configured to open in a new tab, see attachment

• There is another issue with some links opening in a new tab even when there is no external link icon (like MENA link middle east and north africa) (EDIT this is because the content is in a classic block, and the link is configured to open a new tab in the markup)
