Description of the issue: Background image does not seamlessly blend with
the background. We can see where the image ends. There is supposed to be a
gradient that helps the image blend with the background on the bottom end.
This problem applies to every page of the toolkit and I assume the whole
plastics theme. Please when making changes, make sure that you don't
override things that we have already fixed. T
