Description of the issue: When writing content into a slide of the carousel
header (P4 block), it would be quite useful to know what the maximum
allowed number of characters is, instead of trying to guess based on
whether the preview is truncating your text or not. I believe this feature
was available before Gutenberg, not 100% sure though...
