Many users forget about comments or receive too many and do not respond to the few necessary ones.
Would be very helpful to ping them and send them a mail : ''please reply to this comment'' from the comments dashboard

This story is at a very early stage and needs exploration to know the posibiliies that we have.

Tasks

• Draft a document with initial investigation including current behaviour of comments. for exmaple:
• Can Authors see the Comments section?
• Which role can approve comments?
• What happens when there is a reply in an unapprived comment?
• If user that posted comment has an account, do they get notified when replied to their comment?
