In some pages we display an article block according the the tag or page type. In some cases, for ex. jobs, it would be very interesting to be able to display a default message when the list called is empty as :

'' We do not have any vacant positions at the moment but there are many other ways to take action with Greenpeace !  ''>> link to the action page (because, you now, engagement )

We already do it manually but an optional default message would be much safer and time-saving.

Another solution could be to add a field to articles block to displayed message, if field is ot shown then articles block is not shown when empty
