Social Media Card Block: improve "download" functionality

      When clicking on the "Download" button of the Social Media Cards Block the functionality should work the same way it does on the National Geographic page (see https://www.nationalgeographic.com/environment/plasticpledge/) .

      So, when someone selects "Download", the image should automatically start downloading, following standard UX of the browser currently in use.

      Pls follow up with ahristov for any UAT (if she's available) and see attached .gif with expected behaviour
