Description of the issue: When using a Campaign page that has a Header
Carousel and has the Page Title hidden, extra space appears at the top of
the page on all screen sizes.

NB: Why have the option to toggle/hide the page title rather than just
removing the page title from the front end altogether? If editors want a
page title they can just use the Page Header fields, no?
