Description of the issue: Rex Weyler has authored 27 Posts. When I search
for "Weyler" I am presented with just 13 results, only 9 of which were
authored by Rex. They only reason these 9 appear in the results is b/c his
name appears somewhere in the body of the Post.

I have tried adjusting the weighting but that seems to have no effect. So
it seems that the Author field is not being pulled in to Search.

TASKS:

• Include Author details among the search criteria to list posts (if search query corresponds)
• Search results should be presented as they are currently, no need to change design (e.g. show the author name)
