Column block: Icons style - not showing up in the front end

      The Columns block - Icons style stopped appearing in the front end. 

      It was appearing, then i edited it and it's not showing up anymore.

      I tried to add header and description and then only those are available, not the column as well but those fields should not be mandatory anyway. Not really sure what's making it to break.
